GLG  Attorneys have extensive experience with and familiarity with Growth Management Act, Comprehensive Plan, SEPA, Shoreline Management Act, Transportation, Land-Use, Zoning And Building Requirements. GLG has successfully represented scores of clients before the Growth Management Hearings Board, Shoreline Hearings Board, Pollution Control Board, as well as Hearing Examiners and City Councils throughout the State. GLG has zealously pursued Land Use, Stormwater, Zoning, and Comprehensive Plan Matters up through all administrative and judicial levels, with tremendous experience adjudicating under the Land Use Petition Act (LUPA).  GLG is proficient in building and land use permitting issues, zoning issues, platting and subdivision, boundary line adjustments, binding site plans, concomitant zoning agreements, and more.
